Logging in
There’s no separate Sub-Admin login page. A Sub-Admin signs in on the same screen as the QSR owner, with their own email and password. The app checks the account type after login and shows the Sub-Admin’s own menu automatically. After login, a Sub-Admin lands on Reports — that’s their home screen, not Menu.Reports (home screen)
This is the first page a Sub-Admin sees after logging in. It’s a sales dashboard for the outlet: date filters, payment filters, cashier filters, a paginated order table, and CSV export. This page isn’t restricted compared to what the owner sees on their own dashboard — it’s the Sub-Admin’s full reporting view for their outlet.
Menu
Full menu management for the outlet — same form, same fields, same rules as the owner’s menu page. Add, edit, and copy menu items, upload images, and create custom categories. Add/Edit Menu fields:- Images (required)
- Food name (required)
- Price (required) — number, minimum 1
- Portion (required)
- Minimum quantity (required) — number, minimum 1
- Ingredients (required)
- Category (required)
- Description (optional)
- Sub-recipe (optional)
- Modifiers (optional)
- Note (optional)
There’s a search bar on this page, but it doesn’t filter the menu list yet — typing in it has no effect.
Cashiers and Terminals
This page works exactly like the owner’s Cashiers and Terminals page. Same tabs, same add/edit forms, same rules — see qsr/cashiers for the full field list and terminal printer setup. The only difference is scope: everything a Sub-Admin creates here — cashiers and terminals — belongs to their outlet only.Settings
A Sub-Admin’s settings page is much smaller than the owner’s. There’s no business tab and no payment tab — just one profile card. The card shows: photo, name, phone number, and email. Password is shown masked and can’t be changed from this screen. Edit Profile opens a modal with:- First name
- Last name
