Getting Started

No. Dropp is designed for hospitality operators, not developers. The dashboard is fully browser-based at app.getdropp.com and the POS terminal is plug-and-play — no IT setup required.
Yes. Add new locations from Settings → Locations. Once added, you can view aggregated analytics across all your sites or drill down into per-location performance from the dashboard.

POS & Payments

The Dropp POS terminal accepts:
  • Card — Visa, Mastercard, and Verve
  • Bank transfer — via virtual account generation
  • QR code — scan-to-pay
  • Cash — recorded and tracked in the dashboard
The POS enters offline mode automatically. In offline mode, it can process cash payments immediately and queues electronic payments until connectivity is restored.
Currently, the Dropp POS software runs exclusively on Dropp-provided terminals. Contact the team to discuss hardware options and pricing for your setup.

Restaurants

Yes. The Dropp POS supports counter-service workflows out of the box for both dine-in and QSR formats.
Yes. You can create multiple menu versions within Dropp.
