Settings has three tabs: Personal, My Business, and Payment.

Personal

Shows your name, phone number, location, bio, email, and any extra emails on the account.
  • Edit profile — update your name, bio, email, phone number, photo, and location (a list of Lagos neighborhoods).
  • Change password — enter your old and new password. Both fields need something in them to submit.
  • Extra emails — add or remove additional email addresses on the account. There’s no format check or duplicate check on what you add, and a failed save doesn’t show an error — if it doesn’t seem to have worked, try again.

My Business

Shows your business name, address, and description.
  • Edit my business — update your business name, city (Lagos only today), address, description, and banner image.
Your business name can’t contain a hyphen (-) — it’s rejected on save. This isn’t cosmetic: your business’s web address is built from this name, and a hyphen would break links to it.
Multi-location branch management isn’t available yet — every account has a single business address, set here.

Payment

Shows your payout bank account, if you’ve added one.
  • Add a payout account — select your bank, enter your 10-digit account number. Dropp verifies it automatically and shows the resolved account name — if verification fails, you’ll see why. You can only have one payout account; adding a new one replaces the old one.
This is the same payout account referenced on the Wallet page — set it up here before trying to withdraw.
