Your Teams page has three tabs: Manager, Waiter, and Terminals.

Manager

Managers can log in and help run the venue. Tap Add Manager and enter:
  • First name (required)
  • Last name (required)
  • Email (required)
  • Password (required) — must have a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, a special character, and be at least 8 characters. A checklist ticks off each rule as you type.
Tap Save.
To edit or remove a manager after creation, contact Dropp support.

Waiter

Dropp supports two kinds of waiter account: a regular Table waiter, tied to one table, and a Super Waiter, who can cover multiple tables across one or more sections.

Adding a Table Waiter

Tap Add Waiter and enter:
  • Table (required) — which table this waiter serves
  • Employee assigned (required) — the waiter’s name
  • Employee ID (required)
  • WhatsApp number (optional)
  • Password (required)
  • Can handle QR orders (toggle) — whether this waiter can take orders placed by customers scanning a table QR code
Tap Save.

Adding a Super Waiter

Tap Add Super Waiter and enter:
  • Section(s) (required) — one or more sections this waiter covers
  • Table(s) (required) — one or more tables within those sections
  • Employee assigned (required)
  • Employee ID (required)
  • WhatsApp number (optional)
  • Password (required)
  • Can handle QR orders (toggle)
Tap Save.

Editing a Waiter

Tap Edit on a waiter’s row. Type a new password to change it, or leave the password field empty to keep the current one.

Sharing a Waiter’s Login

Tap Share login on a waiter’s row to get a QR code and link. The waiter scans the QR code or opens the link on their own phone — it takes them straight to your venue’s login page, so they only need to enter their Employee ID and password. Copy the link with the copy icon next to it.

Searching Waiters

Use the search bar to find a waiter by table, section, employee ID, WhatsApp number, or name.

Terminals

A terminal is a device set up to take dine-in orders, each linked to one waiter. Tap Add Terminal and enter:
  • Terminal name (required)
  • Location (required)
  • Waiter assigned (required) — pick from your Table waiters
  • Password (required)
Tap Save. To edit a terminal, type a new password to change it, or leave it empty to keep the current one.
To remove a terminal, contact Dropp support.
