# Manage QSR Managers, Cashiers, and Terminals from Teams

> Add managers, and manage cashiers and terminals with more detail than the Cashiers page.

Teams covers who has access to your business. As a QSR owner you'll see three tabs: Manager, Cashier, and Terminals.

<Note>
  Cashier and Terminals here manage the same accounts as the [Cashiers page](/qsr/cashiers) — this is a second way to reach them, with a couple of extra fields on Terminals (see below). Changes made in either place apply to the same account.
</Note>

## Manager

Tap **Add Manager** and enter:

* **First name** (required)
* **Last name** (required)
* **Email** (required)
* **Password** (required) — same complexity rule as Sub-Admins: 8+ characters, a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character

Tap a manager's **Details** to view their info, **Edit** to change it, or **Delete** to remove their access.

## Cashier

Works the same as the Cashiers page's Cashier tab — **Employee assigned**, **Employee ID**, optional WhatsApp number, and a password. One difference: when editing an existing cashier, leaving the password field blank keeps their current password instead of clearing it.

## Terminals

This form has two fields the Cashiers page's Terminal form doesn't:

* **Terminal name** (required)
* **Terminal location** (required)
* **Cashier assigned** (required) — pick from your existing cashiers
* **Password** (required)

Same as Cashier: leaving the password blank on an edit keeps the current one.
