# Set Up Your QSR Menu

> Add menu items, organize them into categories, and publish your menu so customers can order.

Your menu is what customers see and order from. Add your items, group them into categories, then publish when you're ready to take orders.

## Adding a Menu Item

Go to **Menu**, then **Add New Menu**. For each item, enter:

* **Photo** (required) — at least one image of the dish. You can't save an item without one.
* **Food name** (required)
* **Category** (required) — pick from your saved categories (see below)
* **Price** (required) — Dropp shows what you'll earn and what the customer pays after its transaction fee, updated as you type
* **Discount** (optional) — 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20% off
* **Portion size** (required) — e.g. "plate", "10 liter bowl"
* **Minimum quantity per order** (required)
* **Main ingredients** (required)
* **Description** (optional)
* **Other notes** (optional)

Tap **Save Menu** to add the item.

To change an item later, tap **Edit** on its card. To create a similar item without starting from scratch, use **Copy** — it opens the same form pre-filled, ready to save as a new item.

## Categories

Categories group your items (e.g. Starters, Mains, Drinks) so customers can browse your menu easily. From the Menu page, tap **Categories** to add a new one or remove one you no longer need.

## Publishing Your Menu

Your menu isn't visible to customers until you publish it. Tap **Publish Menu** on the Menu page.

Before you can publish, your profile needs a photo, phone number, address, and bio filled in — if any is missing, Dropp tells you to finish your profile first.

Once published, you can:

* **Preview Menu** — see exactly what customers will see
* **Copy the menu link** — share it directly with customers

Tap **Unpublish Menu** any time to take your menu offline again.
