# Manage QSR Cashiers, Terminals, and Sub-Admins

> Create the staff accounts and terminal logins your counter runs on.

The Cashiers page manages three kinds of accounts your business needs to take orders: Sub-Admins, Cashiers, and Terminals. Switch between them using the tabs at the top of the page.

## Sub-Admins

A Sub-Admin gets their own login to a limited version of your QSR dashboard — for a manager you trust with day-to-day running but not your full owner access.

Tap **Create Sub-Admin** and enter:

* **First name** (required)
* **Last name** (required)
* **Email** (required)
* **Password** (required) — must be at least 8 characters and include a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a number, and a special character (like `!` or `@`)

Tap a Sub-Admin's **See details** to view their email and password, or **Delete** to remove their access.

## Cashiers

A Cashier account is what a staff member logs into on the counter to take orders.

Tap **Create Cashier** and enter:

* **Cashier name** (required)
* **Employee ID** (required) — this is what the cashier types in to log in
* **WhatsApp number** (optional)
* **Password** (required) — no complexity rule, just needs to be set

Tap **Edit** on a Cashier's card to change any of these, or **Delete** to remove the account. Editing here always requires a password — there's no way to leave it blank and keep the old one. If you only need to update other details, use [Teams](/qsr/teams) instead, where leaving the password blank keeps it unchanged.

## Terminals

A Terminal account logs a physical POS terminal into your business, separate from any one staff member's login.

Tap **Create Terminal** and enter:

* **Terminal** (required) — a name for this terminal
* **Cashier name** (required)
* **Password** (required) — no complexity rule, just needs to be set

Tap **Edit** on a Terminal's card to change any of these, or **Delete** to remove it. Same as Cashiers: editing here requires a password every time. [Teams](/qsr/teams) has a fuller Terminal form (adds a location field) and doesn't require re-entering the password on edit.

<Note>
  Cashier and Terminal passwords are stored so you can look them up later from the Details view — useful if a staff member forgets theirs. Sub-Admin passwords work the same way.
