# View Dine-In Reports

> See your sales dashboard, filter your order history, and export reports.

The Reports page gives you a sales dashboard and a filterable order history for your dine-in venue.

<Note>
  Reports is only available if your account is set up as a restaurant. If you don't see this page, contact Dropp support.

## Filtering

At the top, filter by:

* **Start Date** / **End Date**
* **Payment Type** — All, Online, or POS
* **Section**
* **Table**
* **Breakdown** — All Time, Completed sales, Declined sales, Voided sales, Gifted sales, or Incomplete sales

## Your Sales Dashboard

**Net Sales** shows your gross sales including platform fees, for the selected filters, with today's total called out separately.

Below that, six metrics:

* **Tickets** — total number of checkouts
* **Orders** — total number of meals placed per checkout
* **Avg. Order Size** — net sales divided by total orders
* **Avg. Order** — total orders divided by total tickets
* **Avg. Ticket Size** — net sales divided by total tickets
* **Unique Customers**

## Order History

Two tabs: **Sales** (completed sales) and **Others** (whatever you picked in the Breakdown filter — Declined, Voided, Gifted, or Incomplete). Each row shows Ticket No., Date, Time, Name, Email, Phone No., Table, Food, Total Orders, Waiter, Amount, Payment, and Status. Tap the Table column header to filter by table directly from the list.

## Exporting

Tap **Download** to export the current filtered list as a CSV.

<Note>
  The CSV's Waiter column and the on-screen table's Waiter column don't always agree. The on-screen table checks the table's assigned waiter, then the order's waiter, then the QSR cashier, then the terminal. The CSV only checks the table's assigned waiter — if that's blank, the CSV shows nothing even when the on-screen row shows a name.
